Within context:
The sticker is perceived within the surrounding and interpreted as some kind of (sub)title.
“no” or “little” context:
It is short enough to be read and stored without having thought of it in that moment. It infiltrates the mind of the passer by on a subconscious level. Later the content comes back into consciousness.
