Often not very sure about the importance of what I am doing and its relation to art, I started not to care anymore. Therefore I created this character. As a combination of “fake” and “Jakob” it represents work from my different “sides”. I don’t see myself as an artist. I see myself as a perceptual activist. To activate perception and reflection in our everyday life and within our social surrounding. The ability to change your point of view, either within yourself or your environment, makes you aware of yourself, aware as an individual, an individual within society.
